What this demo is designed to demonstrate

This WordbitX demo models the type of POS and inventory platform a multi-branch retailer needs: counter billing, warehouse stock, supplier purchasing and owner reporting connected to one ledger.

It was created to demonstrate offline-first counter design, role-based access and traceable stock movements. It is a sample capability project, not a disclosed client deployment.

The workflow challenge explored

  • Demonstrate a counter flow that can continue during an internet interruption.
  • Show how transfers, returns and purchases can be recorded against one stock ledger.
  • Show managers the reporting views typically needed across branches.

The product approach demonstrated

  • An offline-first POS concept with a local data layer and conflict-safe synchronisation.
  • A central inventory model tracking sales, returns, transfers and purchase orders.
  • Role-based concept screens for cashier, branch manager and owner access.
  • Dashboard concepts reporting by branch, product, category, staff and hour.
