Software built around how your business actually works
Founded in 2021 in Pakistan. We design and build websites, apps and business systems for businesses worldwide — with written scope, weekly demos, and code that is yours.
A delivery team in Pakistan, working as if we sit in your office
WordbitX is a software company — not a reseller of templates, and not a collection of freelancers under one logo. We build websites, mobile apps, custom business software and commerce stores, then we stay on after launch.
Clients usually come to us when operations have outgrown spreadsheets, or when the current site no longer matches what the company actually does. They need one partner for strategy, design and engineering — not three vendors passing blame.
We work remotely with businesses across Pakistan, the USA, UK, UAE, Canada and Australia. Overlap hours, weekly demos and a shared board mean you see progress every week, not only at the end.
The team is based in Lahore. If you are looking for a software house in Lahore and want to know how we scope, price and hand over work locally, that page covers it in detail.

Mission & Vision
What we are working towards
Two statements plus a promise we will not dress up with invented numbers.
Our Mission
Make well-engineered software reachable for growing businesses — fast, maintainable, and aligned with how the operation actually runs, without enterprise budgets or enterprise delays.
Our Vision
Be the technology partner businesses keep for years: work from Pakistan that stands next to any international team on quality, communication and reliability after launch.
Our Promise
Clear scope, honest advice, working software every sprint, and support after go-live. No invented statistics, no borrowed case studies, no guarantees we cannot control.
How we work with you
What you can hold us to
Practical commitments on every engagement — not slogans, and not quotes we invented.
One accountable team
Design, engineering and delivery under one plan and one named contact — not three agencies blaming each other.
Written scope first
Development starts after a document you can actually read: milestones, deliverables and a timeline.
Full code ownership
Source code, repositories, hosting and analytics accounts are yours. No licence traps.
Industry-shaped products
Property files, batch stock, fee vouchers and offline billing are problems we have already solved.
Performance as a requirement
Speed and Core Web Vitals are in the sprint, not a cleanup billed after launch.
Support after go-live
Stabilisation, monitoring and a prioritised improvement backlog — not a silent handoff.

Anybody can write their own company size and founding year on their own About page. These are the same facts, published on a third-party B2B directory that verifies them.

Client reviews
Real reviews only — nothing invented
We do not buy reviews and we do not write fake testimonials. Every card here was written through the form below by someone who actually worked with us — our Google reviews live on our Google Business Profile. If you have worked with us, the quickest way to help other buyers is to publish one.
We run two counters with a godown behind them, and our old billing setup could not keep stock straight. WordbitX wrote the scope first, showed a working build every week, and went live without a single day of downtime at the counter. Expiry and low-stock reports are one click now.

Our Shopify store was slow and the checkout was leaking paid orders. They rebuilt the theme, sorted page speed and tracking, and conversions picked up within the first month. Clear communication throughout, no jargon.

Clinic website with online appointment booking. Patients actually use it. They trained my reception staff on the admin panel and stayed reachable after launch for the small tweaks every clinic ends up needing.
Leadership
A note from the founder
Why WordbitX exists, and the standard Awais Malick still holds on every project.

Awais Malick
Founder & CEO, WordbitX
Founded WordbitX in 2021 in Pakistan. Still joins discovery calls, signs off on scope, and stays accountable for delivery — not a distant figurehead.
I started WordbitX in 2021 after watching the same pattern too many times. Businesses rarely fail at technology because the code is wrong. They fail because the software they were sold never matched how they actually work — a retailer who cannot change their own pricing, a clinic running three tools that refuse to speak to each other. The business grows. The gap just costs more.
We exist to close that gap, and we test it on ourselves. PropertiesPak is our own property platform — built, launched and still run in-house — and it carries the same problems we are hired to solve: search that has to be useful, pages that have to load, traffic that has to be earned. That is also why marketing sits beside engineering here, and why we build for local reality: payment rails, Urdu receipts, weak connectivity, FBR invoicing.
You own what we build. Source code, repositories, hosting and documentation, in your accounts — no licence traps, no dependency on us to keep operating. I still sit in discovery calls and still sign off on scope. Honest estimates, realistic timelines, and the confidence to tell you when a simpler solution, or no build at all, would serve you better.

Engineering ownership
Whoever builds a module supports it. Accountability does not get handed to a different department after launch.
Clear communication
Weekly demos, one channel for decisions and a named contact for the entire engagement.
Continuous learning
The team allocates time every sprint to evaluate tooling, so recommendations stay current rather than habitual.
How We Work
A repeatable path so projects stay predictable
1
Understand the business first
Before architecture, we learn how money moves through your operation and where the friction sits.
2
Ship the smallest useful release
The version that creates value soonest, then we extend it with real usage — not a 14-month spec.
3
Build so someone else could take over
Typed code, reviews, tests on critical paths and documentation another team could pick up.
4
Measure after launch
Analytics, monitoring and an honest report on what worked and what needs rework.
Technology
Boring where it counts, modern where it pays
Tools are chosen by maintenance cost, hiring pool and fit — not by what is trending this quarter.
React
Next.js
TypeScript
Flutter
Node.js
Laravel
Python
.NET
PostgreSQL
Engineering rules
TypeScript by default for anything that will be maintained
Server rendering or static generation for anything that must rank
Automated pipelines instead of manual deployments
Monitoring and backups before launch, not after an incident
What we build
Start with the problem, not a catalogue
These are the products we ship most. The full list lives on Services.
